The following changes have been applied in this build:

Programming Form

Modified position of water days controls.
Re-ordered to start with 14-day instead of 31 days.
For 14-days, the highlight for current day is made bigger.
Tabs changed at top to be more visible.
Moved controls within program to occupy less space and respond to form resizing.
Tab ordering may be affected.
Controller grid on the left side of the form.
Adjusted Programming form to fit 4:3 (1280x800) monitors.

Central Options

Added color themes to UI forms to make the groups and panels to be more easy to read and created new tab called Customize.
Use the System button to use operating system default colors, the Laguna button to use Laguna recommended colors.
You can change the color of any feature by clicking on the colored square.

Advanced ET

Added fix for calculating forecast ET in order to determine if a station needs to run.

DX3

Fixed issue with Statistics Upload on DX3 Internet Base Radio controller.
Resolved communication issue with Multiple Ethernet Repeaters on same frequency.

Visual Weather View

Visual Weather View is a separate executable with same behavior as before.

Installer

Build changes to support 64-bit systems.
32-bit installer installs in c:\Program Files (x86) whereas 64-bit installs in C:\Program Files.
