The following changes have been applied in this build:

Setup database backup cleanup option, by default, databases older than 90 days will be permanently deleted from the C:RMIS1\Data\Backups folder. You can change the setting to Never cleanup, 30 days, 90 days or 1 year. This cleanup operation only applies if automatic backups is enables. Also, if you rename a backup in the C:RMIS1\Data\Backups folder, it will not be deleted.
Ability to validate Cloud Connect user name and password for account setup.

Added new code to total annual ET and annual Rain.
The ET Settings chart view now displays the monthly ET and Rain values for December, December's data was not being displayed if the current month is December.

Cleanup Weather Setup to force user to enter Name, location name and zipcode when a new weather station is created, behaves similarly to new Controller Setup.
To prevent confusion, the weather calendar chart showing ET and Rain as a bar chart is not shown if the selected calendar month is a future date.
Visual Weather View is now a separate executable that is a 32-bit only solution. It must run in its own folder with other 32-bit binaries. This dependency is caused by Campbell Scientific COM libraries.
Better error handling when data is not gathered from the weather station and reporting status in the calendar.
Optimized Weather View with corrected temperature, Wind and ET readings.
Modified CIMIS weather data retrieval to use ftp site as well as web API. If the CIMIS data cannot be obtained from ftp, web API is used. The CMIS retrieval fails if both ftp and web API fail. ET data source from CIMIS stations is more reliable.
Many changes to do with the way Oasis Weather data logger is used:

Uses public, a10min and a24hr table in the data logger to gather the correct weather logs for today and prior days.
Weather log files in C:\RMIS1\Weather have been reformatted.
ET acquisition changed to use the new weather logs.
Weather Poll changed to use the new weather logs.
MaxDaily10MinuteSamples added in settings to allow fewer daily reading to be obtained.
Revised Visual Weather by moving controls and buttons to allow more text.
New gauges and icons
Changed the way Round Up works so that 1.045 rounds to 1.0, and 1.051 rounds to 1.1.

Modified the weather shutdown code of Oasis Weather Station to include code comments and output messages to transaction log.
Potential fix to DX3 shutdown error not managing the source controller correctly.

Statistics Upload no longer fails if bad data is reported by DX2 controllers but warning to user is still present.

Corrected Tip label positioning and adjusted refresh for Controller recent operations, including date and timestamp display to be sortable.
Activity log displayed data is better formatted.
Removed WCF TCP support from Activity log which modifies the Service References. Prompt to request firewall permissions is no longer presented.

Modified reports in AIM and Advanced ET to utilize the existing Print Preview controls with some default values that displays the grid better. Also added a logo with header and footer information.
Fix the bad behavior of the Grid Selection buttons.
Fix to Suspend Mode - Advanced ET will no longer calculate in Suspend Mode.
Fix to ISC form graph generator not displaying daily zone graph in some situations.

Updated all AdvancedInstaller projects to use the new Code Signing certificate for authenicatied executables.
Fixed typos in Global Programming
Minor cleanup to remove redundant files.
Removed trace messages that repeat every 25ms.
Added ability to delete old log files.

Data migration only restores data going back 1 year from the day of the migration. Previous migrations were code to restore data going back to 1/1/2016.
