Laguna Software Update

The following changes have been applied in this build:

Users will be automatically notified if a new update to Laguna is available using a user configurable update checking interval (daily, weekly, monthly, never). By default, a check is performed once a week. The setting can be addjusted using the Central Options form and chosing one of the four options from the combobox. The change takes effect immediately. Users can continue to check for updates manually using the Check for Updates utility or by using the Help menu. This setting is specific to the PC and is not saved or restored during Site backup and restore.
If an update is available, in order to install an update, administrator privledges is required.
For future releases, checks have been added that will require users to activate the software and choose either Laguna Standard to Laguna Lite.
Laguna now installs a utility that allows backups and restores of site data and historic data to be saved and restored without requiring Laguna to be running. This feature can be used for data migration, reporting issues to Tech Support and initiate backups.

Previous Laguna releases acquired CIMIS data that return daily ET value computed using the ASCE ET standard. This resulted in marginally different ET values compared to those returned when visiting the CIMIS website.
ET acquisition fixed so that the ET value today and yesterday correctly references the monthly historic ET value for the specific microclimate prior to starting the ET acquisition. Should ET acquisition fail, the calendar will be populated with these historic ET values.
Added diagnostics to ET Review screen to help diagnose incorrect settings. When using a Weather Ceneter II, the K and Offset values for flow meter 2 must both be set to 0. In a subsequent Laguna release, the flow meter setting will be automated.
Changed the messages that appear in the Transaction log and Activity to present ET values from each microclimate to be more readable and provide the microclimate name.

Improved Rain and Wind Shutdown logic to properly respond to automatic shutdown constraints.
Added confirmation of controller’s weather state before changing at Central.
Fixed issue preventing Rain Shutdown when automatic resume feature checkbox is not enabled by a user in the Weather Shutdown form. The intended behavior is the checkbox is disabled, rain shutdown occurs but the user is responsible for taking the controller out of shutdown mode.

Added a utility to perform a Laguna backup or restore without requiring Laguna to be running.
The Backup and Restore form allows the ability to backup or restore only some of the site data. By default, all data is backed-up or restored. There may be occasions when restoring data, that you choose not to overwrite recently collected historic data and alarms, in this which case, only site data would be restored.
For new users, daily backups are performed at 3:26am each day. Users who have disabled backups or modified the backup time are unaffected.

In Controller Setup, you can now set Monthly Flow Limit up to 9999999 gallons (from previous 9999 gallon limit).
When creating a new controller, the controller type defaults to DX2 instead of none.

When selecting a rain or wind microclimate, applying the setting then exiting the setup form saved the setting

Fixed migration utility so that Oasis alarms are correctly imported into Laguna historic data. This issue prevented reports from correctly listing alarms prior to migration.
When running Basic ET and ISCs, the Auto Recalc scheduled task now reports alarms and adds messages to the Transaction Log.
Fixed alarm message text for several alarm to correctly show full text. For example, Base Radio Unable to establish IP and missing decimal values in low current reading limit alarm.
Fixed alarm report issues that were reported by users. Essentially, Flow alarms were segregated from Controller Alarms and weren't processed as unique values but duplicated as controller alarms and so they flow alarms weren't being listed in reports, the alarm codes are now appear with unique values and descriptions. Fixed date issues on Controller Events report to display the seconds and make rows unique. This caused the report to appear as there were duplicate station runtimes.

This is a new feature that allows more than one station to be activated at the same time. In order to maintain acceptable use of the available communication bandwidth, polling for the flow and current is not provided - use the Blue Panel to view data for specific controllers. Currently, for the activated station, turning on master valves and pumps is not supported but will appear in the next release.
Improved activate station to show smoother progress and stopping a station.

If all controllers were placed offline, they would still appear in the Blue Panel controller selection list. The Blue Panel and other manual operation forms will only list controllers that are online.

Added images to Manual Operations alarm poll, program upload, program download and statistics (information) upload to show direction of data movement.
Cleaned up messages reported in the Activity log for readability together with the transaction log report.
For diagostics purposes, the Send Log utility reports the name of the Central computer to allow better contact information and feedback to users.
For Rain Master IS supplied computers, setting have been modified to ensure installation of Laguna software adheres to security mode rules.

Added a warning message by highlighting a cell in grid to notify users' of constraints about DX2 constraints regarding runtime and number of available cycles in ISC mode. The DX2 controller supports a maximum of 8 cycles. The warning message is now only displayed if today is a valid waterday.
After auto-recalc has been completed to account for ET adjustments, ISCs that are not indended to run in the next irrigation period are now disabled.
Fixed issue with ISC runtime calculation when not watering for the whole day.
